About PRAXIS
PRAXIS is an AI strategy coach for students running business simulations.
Why it exists
Business simulations are how a lot of students first meet real commercial decisions — pricing, capacity, segments, cash. Most lose their first two quarters simply working out where things are. By the time they understand the screens, the segment they wanted is crowded and the cash is gone. Those quarters do not come back.
PRAXIS exists to close that gap. It knows the simulation the student is actually running, so it can answer the question in front of them rather than offer business theory in general.
What it does
- Strategy Room — an AI coach that works through decisions with a student, question by question.
- Diagnostics — submit a round and get it checked against your own numbers: utilisation, break-even, elasticity, R&D fit.
- Micro-lessons — short lessons on the mechanics that move a scorecard.
- Reasoning journal — a record of why a group decided what it decided, which becomes the evidence base for their final reflective report.
- Live coaching — scheduled sessions with a human coach for groups on the Elite plan.
Who it is for
University and business school students running Marketplace Simulations, working in groups of up to five. Every plan is a group plan — one payment covers the whole team, because the simulation is played as a team.
Who is behind it
PRAXIS is built and run from Accra, Ghana, by someone who has taught these simulations since 2019. It grew out of watching the same avoidable mistakes cost groups their term, year after year.
