Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Paystack. We do not store your card details. We receive only transaction confirmations and subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Service
  • To personalize AI coaching based on your simulation context
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send important service updates (you can opt out of marketing emails)
  • To respond to support requests

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
  • All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
  • We implement row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data.
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

4. AI and Your Data

When you interact with the AI coach:

  • Your messages and simulation context are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses.
  • Conversations may be stored to provide continuity in coaching sessions.
  • We do not use your personal data to train AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication provider
  • Anthropic: AI provider for coaching responses
  • Paystack: Payment processing
  • Vercel: Hosting provider

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where required by law.

PRAXIS is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
