By accessing or using PRAXIS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PRAXIS is an AI-powered coaching platform designed to help students succeed in business simulations. The Service provides strategy guidance, micro-lessons, decision tracking, and related educational tools.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are billed for 14-week terms.
  • Payments are processed securely through Paystack.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew at the end of each term.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10% of your credits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others outside your registered team.
  • Use the Service to gain unfair advantages that violate your institution's academic integrity policies.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service's content or AI models.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and AI-generated advice provided by PRAXIS remains the property of PRAXIS and its licensors. You may use insights for your personal learning but may not republish or commercialize them.

7. Disclaimer

PRAXIS provides educational guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. Success in business simulations depends on many factors including your decisions, team dynamics, and competition. We do not guarantee any specific grades or rankings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRAXIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
